Bring us the STL, or bring us the idea. We print on a Bambu Lab X2D — 17 filament options from workhorse PLA to nylon carbon-fibre — finish it clean, and ship worldwide via Canada Post.
How It Works
Upload your model at quote time — STL, 3MF, STEP, or OBJ. We slice it, confirm the material and orientation, and print. You get a firm price before we start.
Send us a photo, a link, or a description. We track down a free or paid model that matches, license it correctly, and print. Any paid model licence is passed through at cost.
We design it in-house. Reference photos, measurements, or a rough sketch is enough to start. Quoted by complexity tier (see below), 50% deposit before CAD work begins.

Priced per gram of finished part. Engineering materials (marked ⚡) carry a 15% surcharge for the extra drying, chamber time, and calibration they need.
Build volume 256 × 256 × 260 mm. Larger jobs are split and joined — the extra design and assembly time is quoted separately.

If we're designing it for you, this is the rough range. Firm quote comes after we scope it against your reference material. Two revisions included per deliverable.

Before You Ask
STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ. 3MF is preferred — it preserves your intended orientation, part groups, and multicolour assignments.
Print-only jobs typically ship within 3–7 business days of order confirmation, depending on print time and queue. Custom modelling adds 3–14 days depending on complexity. Rush turnaround under 7 days carries a 35% surcharge.
Canada Post rates by destination and box size, calculated at checkout. Free domestic shipping on orders over $100 CAD. International shipping available — cross-border tariffs are the customer's responsibility.
Not if you don't want to. If you have Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, or Cura installed, the slice preview will tell you (in grams and hours) — punch that into the calculator for an instant quote. Otherwise send us the STL and we'll slice it for you.
We split them at natural seams, print in sections, and glue or bolt them together. The extra design work and assembly time is quoted separately from the print.
You own the finished part. We retain the CAD source file and the right to reuse the model unless you buy exclusive rights up front. NDAs are welcome — just ask.
Our problem, not yours. Price includes a failure buffer and we reprint at our cost if the part doesn't come off the plate clean. If a customer-supplied STL is unprintable and needs geometry fixes, we'll flag it and quote the repair before touching it.
